Your Language & Cultural Consultant

Hi, I’m Sabinah — a British language professional of Mauritian heritage with over 23 years of experience helping businesses, organisations, and individuals to connect globally. I specialise in translation from German and French into English alongside Mauritian Creole, my heritage language. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Interpreting and Translating from Heriot-Watt University in the UK and I am officially appointed by the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice in Germany to provide certified English translations.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a variety of industries to facilitate international communication. My multilingual and multicultural background is at the heart of what I do — it shapes my perspective, drives my passion, and strengthens every project I take on.

Since journeying into motherhood, raising multilingual, multicultural, and multiracial children has inspired me to pursue equity, diversity, inclusion and justice (EDIJ) as a specialism and branch out into inclusive literature, with a focus on stories that centre girls, women, people of colour, and diverse cultures.

After a life in the UK and 15 years in Germany, I’m now based in France and serve clients all over the world.
